Samsung and Android Solution Making Calls Off or Blank Screen Black
Create anyone have a problem on your android phone samsung galaxy, especially in young when we make a call while the phone's screen directly dark or "Blank" but the calls still go to the goal that we call. if you receive a call from someone else normal. if it flashed, Hard Reset or performing a reset to factory settings of your phone is still not normal, problem is actually contained in proximity sensor settings on your phone, solution is to turn off / Disable proximity sensor in the phone settings.
Here's How To Disable proximity sensor:
1. Go to Menu "Settings"
2. Go to "Call Settings"
3. Log in to the "Arrangement"
4. Remove Tick or check mark on " Sensor proximity " or Deactivate Sensor proximity
5. Finish
Now your phone is normal again and without the need to take it to repair your phone are able to do repairs ...... good luck.
